Rules of Gift Giving
2 Corinthians 9:6-8 (Part of the Miscellaneous series).
The gift of God is simply, John 3:16. He gave the unspeakable gift. Beginning from the last, everything comes from God. Not one person has anything unless it comes thru God first. We as humans are selfish creatures by nature. God wants to give you His undeserved love. Many holidays come and go and they revolve around giving, however we should be a giver everyday. If you're judging the gift by its size then you've missed the point. One doesn't give because of self, one gives because they are loved. We've been given the greatest gift, love, that it should cause one to give it back.

There should be a time when you've found yourself in want. Bills to pay, missing food on the table or even gas to fuel the car. During that time, God might come to you and ask you to give to someone else. Now money is not something that can be controlled and many of billionaires worry about it till they die.

One point to be a good giver is to give abundantly and not sparingly. Just as sowing seeds, one doesn't plant one seed expecting hundreds of plants.

Point two, give purposely. One should purpose in their heart to love God and to pray for the need or gift. God knows the need and therefore we should obey what He tells us to give.

The third point is to give freely. This doesn't mean to smile while you gift it. Without a grudge or necessity. If it bothers you to give then you're giving wrongly.

If how you give is based on how you feel at the moment then the devil will talk you out if it every time. God tries to teach His lesson on giving by your obedience. When God tells you to give, give without question. No matter how much one gives, one can NEVER out-give Gods giving. We give because if we sow it, we will reap it as long as it's done by the above three points. The second reason is because God loves a cheerful giver. Wouldn't we all want to please God? Now when the offering was being taken, God is always watching. He knows what's in your pocket, He knows what's in your heart and He knows what He told you. It's not about how much is put it but why it was put in. Our church does not tell you how much to give because an amount is not biblical in today's time. The Old Testament explain a tenth but the New Testament explains that it's based on what God tells you to give and what you're willing to give. If you're worried about giving then you're worried about the wrong thing. 2 Cor explains that always God will take care of all needs.

The Love That Compels
2 Corinthians 5:11-18 (Part of the Miscellaneous series).
It's the love of Christ that has changed those that are Christians. There are many that are not one of His which causes a lot of confusion amongst people however, in the end of time God will separate those from His.

The love of Christ should be what motivates us. People wonder what makes Christians do what they do but it's the love of Christ. There are many that claim their works are for Christ but many of them will be turned away at their death. One thing is that we are to love our neighbors. It makes no difference about what they may have done to you because we are to forgive them. When we try to do things on our own we will run out of fuel at some point because it's us doing it not Christ. The love of Christ will cause one to move across country simply to love on someone.we had nothing to do with Christ's love. He came first to love us first.

One can't love or know what love truly is until they've been born again. A Christian doesn't work for Christ because we want to or out of duty but because He compels us to love. Christ gave ALL He had, He gave His life. He did this because He loved you and yet most still feel He still owes us something else.

It's ALL In Who You Know
Matthew 11:25-30 (Part of the Miscellaneous series).
We pray in Jesus' name because He is the only way to God. There's a lot of religions in the world and most leave Jesus out of their doctrine. Some may have a belief in god or the God of Israel. But if they've left out Jesus Christ then it's all a waste. There is no other name given other than Jesus Christ in order to be saved. Not all roads lead to heaven, only one and its thru Jesus Christ. Believing in God, Buddha, Allah, Mohamed or anything else will not be accepted in the end. Mat 28:18, John 3:35, John 17:2 Nothing else can or will be done in order to make a new way into heaven. Only the spotless lamb of God, Jesus Christ will be accepted. God's name and Jesus' name is commonly used as a byword and used loosely. It's not a message of hate but a message of love that Jesus Christ loves your soul and wants to see you saved and in heaven. The heavens and earth was search for a worthy sacrifice but nothing was found but Jesus Christ. Mat 11:27 All things are delivered unto Jesus and Him alone. No one will know God or Jesus until Jesus reveals Himself to one. If Jesus Christ does not reveal Himself to one then they can not be saved no matter what prayer they pray or repeat, no matter the church they become members to or what man or woman speaks over them.

The Wiles of the Devil
Ephesians 6:10-18 (Part of the Miscellaneous series).
Satan is a created being and is no different than the angels in heaven. Satan has many tactics that he uses on the children of God on a daily basis. The thief has come to steal, kill and destroy. The thief is the devil and the wicked spirits that serve him. Their are enough to spread across the world. The devil does not have free rein of a christian because we are protected by the shield of God. John 10:10, 2 Cor 2:11, Eph 6:16, 1 Peter 5:8 We truly have an enemy and we can not stand in the flesh to fight him. It takes something greater than the flesh to fight him because he is in the sprint therefore must be fought in the spirit. He is not omnipresent but has many demons that do his handy-work. This world currently is the devils domain until Jesus comes back. The very thing that we live in, the flesh, wants to live in the world because of it’s lust. Nothing has changed since Adam and Eve because he is still deceiving and lying to people everyday. What a terrifying thing to be able to see with our eyes the spiritual warfare that goes on all around us. If we are saved then we are protected by Gods great hand and satan can not get to us unless God allows it. When Jesus died, He died for ALL but many will not submit to Him. If you’re playing with the devil he will take you further than you ever thought you would go quicker than you ever thought. When you light a match and place that flame under your hand, you will pull your hand back because there is a nerve that warns you of danger. Just as that nerve warns you, God also warns you of the dangers of the devil. Satan wants to destroy your testimony if you’re saved. Satan will use anything he can to tear you down. He will use religion itself to bring you down. If you are saved then you’re going to heaven but that doesn’t mean that if you play with the devil that he will keep people around you lost and going into hell. We hear it everyday, pastors having affairs because satan laid a woman in their lives. We as humans are ignorant to satan’s lies and deceptions.

It's All There
John 3:14-18 (Part of the Miscellaneous series).
God loves the sinner. Genesis 1 clearly states that God created everything one sees, therefore evolution simply does not exist. If one denies the creation that God created then they've denied God himself. It should not surprise anyone that the world is falling away from God faster and faster. The building that you're sitting in was more than likely built by a master plan before the ground was broke and before the first nail was hammered. It doesn't matter if you were there or not, simple faith tells you that there was a creator and the building didn't just evolve into a building because it was needed. There was one thing that was created totally different than the rest. No other animal was created with a soul. Humans were made by Gods breath. The evidence is all the same when one begins to study. The difference is the foundation in which they believe from. If one wants to believe that God didn't create the rock then their outcome will be that God didn't create it. In Genesis God clearly states what the definition of one day is however we want to say it took billions of years to create something. They want to remove Genesis's because without God creating the world then people have no higher being to worship, only themselves. If you tell someone that you doubt Genesis as being truth then how can you believe that Jesus came to save the world? It's not your choice whether to pick and choose what you want to believe. We as parents make a children go to the school systems to be taught an ungodly way of teaching. It's not an option, if the child answers it wrong then they fail, it's not a theory, it's being taught as truth. It's being taught because the ones that created evolution are atheists. We a Christians have a text book that tells us how old the entire universe is. We know how long the rocks have been here. We know how old the earth is all the way the the buried skeletons. Darwin states that the race is made up of the fittest, surely by now we would be the smartest thing alive by now but yet we are dying daily by cancers and diseases that we can't cure. Since the beginning of time people have always wanted to rid the world of God. It's Satan's mission to remove God. We all believe in things that we don't understand.
