Made In The Shade (Psalm 121:5-8)Tommy Boring, January 19, 2014
Part of the Miscellaneous series, preached at a Sunday Evening service
God is good regardless. 2 Timothy 1:12; Jude 1:24; 1 Peter 4:19; Philippians 4:7 Do you believe that you can keep yourself? God keeps you in His hand and protects you. Everything that you have committed unto God it is His forever. Shade comes from covering, shade is comfort. As God is our shade He is our protection. Have you ever thought about what God has done for you? Have you ever thought about what evil doesn't touch you because of His protection? Romans 8:35-39 There has never been a time when God left us alone.

5The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand. 6The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night. 7The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul. 8The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.
