Scripture: Ephesians 1:1-13

How do you know that you’re saved?
If your answer has anything to do with “I”, you’ve missed it. “I” will take you to Hell.

The wonder of salvation. God chose you, we are the pre-elect. God knew you before anyone else knew you. On your way to church how many lost people did you pass? Christians, pride will rise up in our lives to begin to make us think we had something to do with our salvation. We don’t call on God for salvation, God calls us out. A lost person is a dead person, dead in their sins. How does a dead person do anything? They don’t!

Why did God call you? Isaiah 53:1-7

Have you ever thought you’ve messed it up bad? God knows us and He will never say He was surprised by something by you. He knows them all. He knew what you were going to do before you were born. God loves us. Romans 5:8-10; the wrath of God is coming. Make no mistake! The world is telling everyone that God is love. The wrath of God is like a rubber band pulled back. It’s coming.

Few will find salvation. Take a quick poll of the world and ask them if they are saved. Most will say they are. Matthew 7:13; few. Look up the word “few” and it basically means, not many.

The wonder of His Word, the Bible. How do we have it? Higher education is doing its best to remove the Word of God. Over 300 individual prophecies concerning Jesus are in the Old Testament. If a person told a future happening and it took place one would think that person was something special. Yet the Bible has over 300 of these future happenings and yet the people still don’t believe in Jesus.

2 Timothy 3:12-17
