Scripture: Hebrews 11:24-30

Why do we think we have enough faith? Think about Moses and what he endured. God called Moses to go and ask for his people to be set free. Yet Moses trusted in someone invisible.

When we believe in God we can see Him through faith. Moses was able to endure the load that he was given. God didn’t have to be a physical object for Moses to see Him. By faith, we can see God. Moses talked to God as a friend to a friend. God is someone that sticks closer than a brother.

Hebrews 10:39; just because one can’t see God physically with their eyes doesn’t mean He doesn’t exist.

Moses was allowed to see God but only His hinder-parts as He walked by and while Moses was in a cleft of a rock. This changed Moses to the point that when he came back down from the mountain, no one was able to look upon him. Faith is the glasses that allow us to view God.

Hebrews 10:40; evidence proves something. The world needs a little evidence of God. What is this evidence? Faith! There isn’t a single person that can worship God without His Spirit. A lost person can’t worship something they don’t have. Living down here some things can’t be explained. People that have been healed of cancer when the doctors did nothing to aid in their healing.

Faith produces assurances:
Romans 1:20; assures of His existence. The things that He has created are clearly seen. There is enough earthly evidence to prove there is a God. But the world needs the Spiritual proof, not the physical proof.
Hebrews 11:6, Romans 8:28; 8:37-39; assures us of His providence. It’s by faith that we know He is real. We that are saved have a testimony of His proof of His providence in our life.
Ephesians 1:13-14; assures us of His presence. When something is present then we have a sense they are there. How do you know when God is near? The Spirit of God bares witness.
