Just because we have fliers, and names of whom is bringing the word doesn’t mean revival will happen. The church is asleep because they are sitting back and not doing what God has told them to do. The church must be willing to do the things that the world doesn’t like. Go out and knock on people’s doors, invite people to church. People won’t attend church anymore on Sunday nights or Wednesday evenings. If you’re saved and it doesn’t bother you that the people are going to Hell, then you need to check yourself.
Just because the world appears to be going down doesn’t mean we should be worried. We should be uplifted to know it’s part of the plan. It should give us hope that we can still go out and share Jesus. For revival to break loose one has to get ready for it. It’s a one-on-one relationship between you and God. We MUST do something about Satan running rapid in our families and loved ones. 100 years it took Noah to build the boat. No one was concerned until the first drop of rain fell. But it was too late at that point to be saved.
The time is now to wake up. At any moment the grave could burst open and the saved meet them in the air. There will be people you know that will be left behind. Wake Up! The church should be in full submission to God. No matter if the revival last for one day, 3 days, a week, two weeks, a month, or even a year or two, give God everything you’ve got. Are you content in your walk with God? If so, you’re in great sin because He has said NOT to be. We, the saved, must be willing to put forth the effort for God. If you are laying it down to serve the world then you are standing against God. As Isaiah said, here I am Lord, send me. Be like Isaiah and be willing and open to work for God.
Stop playing church and dive in head first for God. The world is going to Hell all around us. It doesn’t take going to church 10 times before you can get saved. It only takes one time to be convicted and come broken to God. The more you work for God the better you’ll feel because you’ll be closer to Him. He didn’t save you just to sit on a pew and not work for Him.
You can’t be a “part-time doer”. If it goes against God then you need to remove it. Not just temporarily, full time. We live in a time when people don’t want to be told they are doing wrong. People get offended when the man of God calls out a person’s sins. According to the Word of God, this is exactly what is supposed to be done. Many preachers/pastors will have to answer for not having a Godly backbone and standing up for God. There is a reason why God called you to be a preacher, singer, song leader, prayer warrior, teacher, etc. Do what He’s called you to do with everything you’ve got.
Are you willing to give God everything you’ve got? If the saved will humble themselves, pray, and seek God’s face, then He will hear from Heaven and forgive sins and heal the land. It’s not the sinner’s fault that the world is headed toward Hell. It’s the saved person’s fault because they were asleep on God.
