Scripture: Psalm 1:1-6

We as Christians are not doing everything we can to see the lost saved. If say you are then you lie. You are sitting in the way of the sinner. We as the body of believers need to plan our time around God. We all have lost in our families. There are lost that sit in church meetings each time the doors are open.

Joshua 1:8; day in and day out you should be meditating on the Lord. Prayer to God and ask Him how to be righteous and Holy. When He shows you then you need to act on it. The reason the church is falling is because they are not acting on it. Many people go to church and attend it but they are not real Christians. They allow the devil to come into their minds and cause discord. Parents allowing their children to be whatever sex they choose doesn’t make sense and it goes against God.

Get rooted in the Word of God. Be like a tree planted by the water. A tree that is planted near water is fulfilled, grounded, fed, strong, and rooted. The water is a regular supply of the tree’s needed nutrients. It also is a place of rest that provides shade and protection. A tree that is rooted near water is strong and can withstand the storms that come.

Lift up the churches in prayer. Help each other in their needs. Seek out the old paths through the scripture and live it. Be like the tree planted near water and get rooted in the Word of God. Don’t wait for the one time a year for the Association Meetings to love on each other and offer help. There are 360 days in the year that one can reach out and pray, help, love, and care for each other.

Are you doing everything you can for God? A tree should consistently bear fruit. If you are not bearing fruit for God then you need to reevaluate your walk with God. Abraham was told by God to go and Abraham didn’t bat an eye to it. Noah was also told by God to build an ark when it had never rained before. He never asked why, he just obeyed and did. Moses was told by God and he told God he couldn’t speak well. God equipped him with the tools to do His work and he did it. Ananias was told by God to go to Paul, the man who was killing God’s people. He questioned just to make sure He was talking about the killer of Jews. So he obeyed and went to Paul and without him doing that we wouldn’t have Paul in the scripture. Anna walked after God and loved God and she then wanted a child. Once God gave her what she requested she kept her word to God. Esther became queen and saved the Jewish people. Ruth and Naomi also lived their life and obeyed God. Mary, the mother of Jesus. She didn’t think anything about giving birth to Jesus. She thought she and Joseph would be married and have their own life and children of their own. God had other plans from her and she was obedient to God’s will.

God has us to walk a life to create a road that oftentimes is made for others to walk behind us. The men of the household are to seek after God and lead their family to God. It’s time to take a stand with God for God.
