Will You Wait For A Second Chance?
Daniel 4:28-30 (Part of the Miscellaneous series).
Daniel knew that God could help him but ahead had to ask first, he had to do something first. All of our lives are incomplete and unfinished. When something comes together and you feel as if everything is going good for you, don't slip up and think YOU got yourself there. God is the only one that could get you to the place that you're in with His mighty blessings. King Nebuchadnezzar had to be changed from the inside out in order for him to eat the grass as like a cow. The king was warned and told to change but he decided to not hear that. Will you make that same choice? You're not promised like the king, seven years to think about it. One time is all that God said He would call your name. One of the lies from the devil is, "if Jesus could do just this one thing". Jesus did it all on the cross for your sins. No amount of miracles or healing can prove His love or to change your mind. Repentance postponed is a ticket to Hell.
Preached by Steve Howard on June 18, 2017 (Sunday Evening).
What's in a Name?
Exodus 3:13-14 (Part of the Miscellaneous series).
I Am is not I was. His name can bring a nation to its knees. Jehovah, the name is holy. YHWH, the name is holy. People look for meanings in their names. It is impossible to describe the meaning of Gods name. When Jesus was to be born His name was to be called Emanuel, God with us, I Am with us. John 4 Jesus declared He is the Messiah, God the Father, The Son and Holy Spirit. The great I Am is the bread of life. John 5:9 God is the light of the world. Darkness has over shadowed this world ever since sin came into it as a serpent. John 10:7 God is the only door to which you can be saved. John 10:11 He is the good shepherd. He will protect you, lead you and never leave you. John 10:36 He is the son of God. John 11:25 He is the resurrection and the life. John 13:13 He is our Lord and master, our boss. John 14:6 He is the way. At times I our lives we get lost and don't know what to do or which way to go. Look to God. He is also the truth. The main question is not if you know Him or not, it's does He know you?
Preached by Tommy Boring on March 23, 2014 (Sunday Morning).
Don't You Talk About My Momma!
Exodus 20:7 (Part of the Revival 2013 series).
We love you only because Christ loved us first.  The Lord wants to heal your heart. Our father knows what we have need of before you ask. It's important we don't use his name in vain. He must increase and I must decrease. Do not be as the hypocrites are and have vain repetitions. Instead of asking for something, repent! We can accomplish something if we don't pray in vain. You can't praise him with sin in your heart. The name of Jesus should be honored and lifted up. Do you worship in vain?  Too many people want to speak but you should be slow to speak and quick to listen.  No more is it a chore to come to Gods house. Sometimes your lost buddies or your lost families are expecting something from you. But, your heart must be near to him. They believed because they were preaching in the power and demonstration of the Holy Ghost. The results are immediate. If you love him you will keep his commandments. Quite making a mess out of his name. God gives the increase. The men who were led by the Holy Ghost made progress. Cry out to Jesus! We are too relaxed. There's only one great one! The only sustainability is the blood of Jesus Christ. You can't take a break from god and expect to just pick up where you left off. People fight over money or power but without Jesus it's all in vain. If your program is not seasoned with the Holy Ghost it isn't profitable. You can't put anybody's name with Jesus to break free of sin. There's something wrong if the name of Jesus doesn't cause you to recognize what he did for you. Many called but few are chosen. Everything you say or do should speak Jesus. Before revival you have to comprehend the name of Jesus. We are proud of ourselves. Anything you do is in vain if you aren't right with god. Call upon the name of The Lord while he may be found. We are required to live right. We have in our man made products but lacking in the trust of god. Satan himself was vain. Pride will keep people from true salvation. God allowed his only lamb to cleanse your sin. Have you said the name of The Lord in vain. Will you enter the kingdom of heaven. Anytime you say his name in a useless way it's saying his name in vain.
Preached by Jeremy McNally on June 19, 2013 (Revival).
It's All In The Name
Exodus 20:7 (Part of the God's Top Ten series).
His name is holy and should be feared. We should come to church in reverence to His name. How each person thinks of God is different in each persons life. There is a meaning behind the name. You can have only one father.
Preached by Tommy Boring on September 9, 2012 (Sunday Morning).
Recognition Of Realization
Isaiah 6:1-13 (Part of the Revival series).
You say you want to see the lost saved. You want more out of your salvation. But you can't seem to get it.
Preached by Thomas Vananda on April 4, 2012 (Revival).
