Get Over It!
1 John 2:7-11 (Part of the Does He Abide Within? series).
We are to love with all of our heart. It's easier said than done at times. Love is an action. John 13:24 It's difficult to love everyone. 1 John 4:10 The challenge is to love those that are unlovable. The greatest example of love was when God gave His only son for our sin sacrifice. If you're born again, the love of God lives inside you. Christ loved us when we were sinners and so should we with others. The love of God goes beyond our normal way of thinking. Think about how you love your enemy. Would you want God to love you that way? If you've lived any length of time, you've had your love broken by someone. God loves ALL sinners, even the ones that hate you. If you can't love your enemy, you need to make sure that Gods love is truly in you. The flesh says, revenge is mine, but a Christian can't live that way. 1 Cor 13:4-8

Mountains and Mole Hills
Matthew 18:15-20 (Part of the Miscellaneous series).
Regardless if you've served God or not, you've ran into a time where you've hurt someone or someone has hurt you. God has clearly given us directions on how to deal with hurt. Everyone is guilty of having pride. We must always have ahold of our pride. There are people everywhere that are hurt. Being hurt is real and suffer everyday. If we are hurt by someone, we are to go to them and tell them the fault or hurt. We should be humble enough to forgive them of that hurt. One can say all they want that they are serving God but until you humble to one another one is not. If one isn't willing to forgive others then God will not forgive. The world will tell you that you should keep it to yourself and once you are really sorry, then, you are to go to them to say sorry. Pride keeps us from fixing the hurt. What happens when you allow an injury to go unattended? When Jesus hung on the cross, He removed the hate towards others. If you've got a problem with someone, that relationship is never repaired until we go to them about it. We don't fight against each other, we fight against the devils (spiritual).

Doing What You Want To Do
Luke 15:11-17 (Part of the Miscellaneous series).
If you are born again then you are child of God. Just because you are a child of God doesn't mean that you can not fall into sin. Every form of sin is rebellion and sin is despised by God. God wants us to draw near to Him and stay repented. When you rebel against God, your life will become rough. Regardless of the sin that was committed, it is rebellion against God. Now if you do not feel a drawing when you sin then you need to examine if you've been saved. Young adults will often rebel against their parents thinking they know what the world holds for them.  There are some warning signs that one should be aware of. Because He loves us, He will chasten us. Being punished for disobedience is not pleasant but is needed for repentance. One could say each time they sin and say they are not condemned for it, therefore they can continue in it. That is a lie from satan to the ones that are saved. If there is not a constant crying out from your soul when you do wrong, then there is something wrong. Knowing what you know now, have you been saved? The lost do not have an advocate, only those that are born again do. Some will have to get to the end of the road before they will ask for forgiveness.  It's past time that we get down to business and be about Gods work. You can go to the enemies camp thinking that you will be ok. In the end he will take your love, joy and will destroy the ones around you. If one does what they want to do they will be following after themselves and not God. We are lustful by nature because we want what we want. When one gets outside the will of God not only does it hurt that one, but it hurts those around them. God does not play with sinners. You can try to put it out of your mind or thoughts all you want, but there is an end. A person that refuses to repent will starve themselves to death, spiritually.  God will do whatever it takes to bring HIS children home.

Who's Leading You? (Part 1)
Psalm 23:1 (Part of the Miscellaneous series).
Focus on what you do know. Christ gave His life for His flock Christ is ALWAYS there. He feeds His flock. If you've been saved then you've been purchased, bought by Christ Himself. If you wonder out, He will pull you back in. He gently leads you through your sins and your walk. Christ cares for your soul and has compassion for you. If The Lord, Jesus Christ is truly yours, then you shall not want any other to lead you. Christ has already claimed you. If you are in the fold of God, saved, then there is strength when you are weak, grace sufficient in your need. If God is leading you, don't look at the situation. Keep your eye on Christ and follow Him because He is leading you.
