Through The Eyes Of A Blind Man
John 9:1-41 (Part of the Miscellaneous series).
There are many that find that the only way to Heaven is Jesus. Many of cults and religions find it offensive that there is but only one way. Now the story of the blind man has several points but we will focus on just two. The church didn't know this blind man that lived in their own community. The first thing they did was to challenge who Jesus was saying the He wasn't of God. Jesus Christ was God incarnate. There are religions out there today that claim that Jesus was just a man as you and I. The second statement was that Jesus Christ was a sinner because He did this act on a sabbath day. The blind man could see who Jesus Christ is but the church could not. The blind man asked the church to prove themselves in Moses' law where a person received their sight. There was only one person that could heal a person that was born blind and that was Jesus Christ, God. There is only one prayer that God will hear from a sinner and is the prayer of forgiveness of their sins to be saved. A lot of sinners pray but they waste their time and breath because God will not hear them because they are not His. Christ was sinless and on the cross He took upon all the sins of the world become a sacrifice for us all that would be live in on Him.

Will You Be Made Whole?
John 5:1-9 (Part of the Miscellaneous series).
When you look around you'll see people that are sick and troubled with the worlds problems but they don't have to be that way. There is no happiness in this world without God. There is victory in Christ because in the end He is the winner. Phil 2:9-11 It doesn't matter who you are we will all be equal in front of God in the end. In the end, the world will be destroyed, burnt up with high heat. Why would you want to go after the worldly things? You must obey in order to be blessed.
Preached by Matthew Adams on October 25, 2015 (Sunday Evening).
Believing Regardless
Matthew 8:23-27 (Part of the Miscellaneous series).
All He asked us to do was to believe Him. We live in fear of what the devil could do to us. Maybe there are times in your life when you feel that things are going astray. Simply trust and surrender to God all of you doubt. We as Christians say we believe but we don't fully believe and trust God. The greater our faith the less we fear. God has never been defeated. A lot of us are easily persuaded by the enemy. We have faith but what we need is greater faith. Where do you stand with your faith?
Preached by Tommy Boring on August 3, 2014 (Sunday Evening).
Willing To Lend A Hand
Acts 3:1-11 (Part of the Miscellaneous series).
Our responsibility is to seek out those that need the spiritual uplifting of God. Sometimes people just want someone to care. Doesn't the lost look for something that will bring them peace and joy? God chose to use us to seek out those that need Him. We as Christians are to be the body of Christ and help those in need for them to look not at us, but to Christ. The devil wants everyone to be distracted from looking towards God. We should live our lives so that others are sure that something will happen with Christ. Do you have confidence in your church that they will be obedient to God? God never promised prosperity in your life. Our earthly expectations doesn't compare to what God can give. Sometimes it takes a touch, it may take you to say something.
Preached by Tommy Boring on June 15, 2014 (Sunday Evening).
