Unity In One (Amos 3:3, Acts 3:1-5)

Darrell CroftDarrell Croft, November 12, 2017
Part of the Miscellaneous series, preached at a Sunday Evening service

We should come to the house of God in unity. If every member of the church were exactly like you how would it be? If there is not unity in the house of a God then it hinders the movement of God. Many people never gave up praying for others salvation. When you get to the house of God, get to your pew. Get to your place. The pastor knows your place and looks for you as do others. When you're not there it hinders. Come expecting when you go to the house of God. Pray for the service, pray for your brothers and sisters, pray for your pastor and pray for the lost to be saved. There is always somebody watching you, neighbors, friends, strangers, etc. Make sure the life you're living is a Godly life. Acts 3:7-8 God doesn't give you something on a trial basis, once He gives it, it's yours to keep. Money can not purchase what God wants to give you.

Amos 3:3

3Can two walk together, except they be agreed? (KJV)

Acts 3:1-5

1Now Peter and John went up together into the temple at the hour of prayer, being the ninth hour. 2And a certain man lame from his mother's womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms of them that entered into the temple; 3Who seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple asked an alms. 4And Peter, fastening his eyes upon him with John, said, Look on us. 5And he gave heed unto them, expecting to receive something of them.
