Are You Waiting For An Answer? (James 1:5-7)

Bruce WhiteheadBruce Whitehead, April 6, 2016
Part of the Miscellaneous series, preached at a Wednesday service

God never said not to ask Him for anything. There are times when we don't understand things. God is not gonna say to you, that's a dumb question. God doesn't expect us to walk through life blinded. Go before God humbled and He will answer. They're times when we wont like the answer that's given. It's ok to question God but you better do it with honor and respect.

James 1:5-7

5If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. 6But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. 7For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord. (KJV)
