"This Is Gonna Hurt Me Worse Than It's Gonna Hurt You" (Exodus 20:12, Proverbs 30:17, Ephesians 6:1-3, Hebrews 12:6-9)

Part of the God's Top Ten series, preached at a Wednesday service

Life brings forth experience and experience brings forth knowledge. If you can't act correctly in your earthly home, then you're not going to act correctly in your spiritual home. You should have a relationship with your parents. If you can't understand authority then it will follow you for the rest of your life. If you think it, your Heavenly Father knows about it. The promise to honoring your parents is that you will live longer and be blessed.
Parents, you must love and chasten.
